The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you. The company also reserves the right to send promotional material of other companies/individuals/organisations to you. In such cases, Dialajob does not make any representation to the quality, nature, and genuienity of the advertisement. Use the Resume Database Access for purposes other than as an employer/recruiter seeking employees. Use the information in the Resume Database to sell or promote products and/or services.

Post MLM (Multi Level Marketing), franchise, pyramid, club membership schemes. Post distributorship or business opportunities that require an up front or regular payment, only commission paid jobs, and other such activities and job posting. |

Postings that require recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. |

Use the database to send unsolicited mails, e-mails, and/or fax, make unsolicited phone calls regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to dialajob/gramadootha Technical Services users. |

Notwithstanding the above, users strictly agree not to use or attempt to use any engine, web crawler, software, tool, agent or other devices, mechanisms to browse or search the site other than those privided by dialajob.net and also post large load on the site's infrastructure which could hamper the working of the site and other illegal activities. |
1. Responsibilities of the outlet/Hub
i. Generation of demand for providing services permitted by Gramadootha/dialajob, to the outlets/Hubs. You can target both individual and corporate customers.
ii. Receiving advertisement material from Gramadootha/dialajob, displaying them and distributing them when some one visits their premises.
iii. Issue receipts for every transaction.
2. Commission Policy
The company reserves the right to change the commission structure as well as the rate of commission at any time without any notice.
3. The outlet can commence service only after realisation of the payment.
4. We will try to initiate services to the outlet/hub as early as possible upon realisation of the payment. Gramadootha/Dialajob shall not be liable for any damages should a delay occur beyond our control.
5. The violation of any of the terms and conditions by the outlet/hub shall be sufficient grounds for termination of the service to the outlet/hub, and no liability shall on Gramadootha/dialajob.
6. Once the payment has been made, no refund/cancellation will be entertained on any ground, including non-usage of our service
7. The outlets/hubs shall be provided a unique User id and password. It is the entire responsibility of the outlet/hub for maintaining the confidentiality of the user id and password of the account. Gramadootha/dialajob takes no responsibility and shall stand totally indemnified by the outlet/hub for any or all consequences caused by unauthorised usage of their account by third-party.
8. The Outlet/hub agrees to immediately notify Gramadootha/dialajob of any unauthorised use of their password or account or any other breach of security.
9. The outlet/hub agrees to provide gramadootha/dialajob current, complete, and accurate registration information.
10. The arrangement is for collection of payment by cash from DIALAJOB customers visiting the center and subsequently remitting the proceeds to DIALAJOB with documents, if any.
11. The center shall provide service to citizens as per terms and conditions in the dialajob website.
12. For rendering services, DIALAJOB will pay the center a sum of Rs.15/- for each transaction.
13. The center shall generate a receipt for every amount paid at the particular center.
14. The frequency of remittance of payments being collected at the center shall be on daily basis.
15. The center understands that they are an independent entity and that this arrangement does not offer, or cover, any type of partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship between the center and GTS PVT LTD ( DIALAJOB ).
16. The company reserves the right to change the commission structure as well as the rate of commission at any time without any notice.
17. The Courts in Hyderabad shall, subject to the above, have exclusive jurisdiction.
For Employer: Incase, you want to discontinue our service or do not want your
company (name and logo) to be displayed on our website, please call us or send
us an email to unregister@dialajob.net.
Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd reserve the right to change
the look and feel of the website without giving any reason or notice. We also
reserve the right to change the position and classification of any section of
dialajob.net with assigning any reason
dialajob.net. and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd disclaim any liability
arising out of the profile insertion or other information fed into its network
by the user or their authorised representative/s.
The user agrees to indemnify dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P)
Ltd of all losses incurred by dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services
(P) Ltd due to any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading
facts by the user on the network of dialajob.net/ Gramadootha Technical
Services (P) Ltd.
Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd assumes no liability for the
quality and genuineness of responses the user receives in response to
information they furnish to dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P)
Ltd. Individuals and organisations will have to conduct their own background
checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).
Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd offer no guarantee or
warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all
once the profile / insertion or information/data is furnished by the user.
Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd neither guarantees nor
offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the
prospective employer/organisation/s which download the profile/ insertion or
information/data and uses it to contact the user.
Users undertake that the services offered by dialajob.net/ Gramadootha Technical
Services (P) Ltd shall not be utilised to upload, post, email, transmit or
otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk
e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail. All attempts shall be made by
dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd and the user to contain
and eliminate Spam.
The subscriber shall be assigned a password (s) by Dialajob.net/Gramadootha
Technical Services (P) Ltd to enable the subscriber to access information
received through Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd but the
sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the
subscriber and Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd shall not be
responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong
usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its
usage by a third party.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User
identification and user password and all activities and transmission performed
by the User through his user identification and shall be solely responsible for
carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving cash amounts or such
other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions.
dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd assume no
responsibility or liability for the improper use of information relating to
such usage by the subscriber online / off-line.
The User/Subscriber/Visitor to dialajob.net and/or its affiliated websites do
hereby specifically agree that they shall be responsible for all their acts,
deeds and things and that they alone shall be liable for civil and criminal
liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.
Dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd has the right to make all
such modifications/editing of profile/job advertisement in order to fit profile
in its database.
All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information will come
into effect only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made.
dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd will make best efforts
to do keep the site and services running, but does not warrant that any of the
web sites or any affiliate site(s) or network system linked to it is free of
any operational errors nor does it warrant that it will be free of any virus,
computer contaminant, worm, or other harmful components.
dialajob.net/ Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd will commence providing
services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or
from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd give no guarantees of
server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis
and liability is limited to refund of amount only. Gramadootha Technical
services (P) Ltd undertakes no liability for free services.
dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd reserves its right to
amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any
time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically
mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to
them.
Any agreement for a subscription / usage entered into by dialajob.net/
Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd does not confer exclusivity of service
on any subscriber /user.
Gramadootha Technical services (P) Ltd will not be party to any legal
proceedings between a user (e.g. a subscriber) and a party contracted through
the site. In case dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd is
implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party
that names dialajob.net and/or Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd however
will abide with any court order served on it through due process.
The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by dialajob.net/
Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd for a period of subscription opted for
from the date of up-linking of the profile or uploading of advertisement on the
website of dialajob.net/ Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd or such other
mirror or parallel site(s) as Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd may deem
fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the
subscriber / user.
The services provided by dialajob.net and Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd
do not extend to acting as an agent (express or implied) on behalf of any
subscriber or user.
Dialajob.net/ Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd does not operate through
any agents other than those specifically mentioned on the website.
The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of dialajob.net. Any
person using dialajob.net in violation of the stipulations contained in the
Terms and Conditions of dialajob.net shall render themselves liable to
appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal.
Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contest shall be
Hyderabad, India to the exclusion of all other courts. Disputes shall be
resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable
Smart Cards
These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between the user and dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd. govern the use of the EVI card.
Any duplication/misuse of the EVI card account will be subject to cancellation.
An EVI card once submitted for regsitration will not be cancelled.
dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd shall not be liable/responsible for loss, theft, misuse of the card.
The card is not subject to redemption or renewal.
You agree to pay the full amount of the value of this card.
dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card without any prior notice.
All disputes pertaining to card will be resolved by dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd at its sole discretion. Decision of dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd in this regard shall be final.
All transactions through card are subject to applicable Indian laws.
All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.

Dialajob Affiliate Program Agreement
Enrollment: This is the Agreement for the www.dialajob.net (company, we, us, our) Affiliate Program (the Program) and covers only those products or services directly offered by us for this program (links outside of www.dialajob.net are not covered by this Agreement). The Affiliate (you, your) must be 18 years or older to sign up for this Program. Your website will be reviewed and we will contact you about our decision. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for affiliate enrolment. To be eligible, your site must be a functional website.
The following types of sites are not eligible for this program:
Those sites that Contain and/or Promote:
- Adult content, pornography, sex services or link to such sites
- Racial, ethnic, political, hatered or otherwise objectionable content including explicit, vulgar or obscene language
- Websites that send unsolicited email
- Softwares that generates clicks without the user clicking the link
- Links that automatically redirect users to another site
- Illegal substances or activities as defined by law
Linking/Rights:
If your website is approved for the dialajob affiliate program, you would be granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited use license and that all rights, titles, ownership and interest in our name, logo, URL and trademarks shall remain with dialajob.net at all times. You are entitled to use or display our name, logo, URL, toolbar, and trademarks on your website. Modifications to any banners or images provided to you by us can be done provided a written approval is taken in advance. The Affiliate is solely responsible for their sites and all linking code.
If at any point of time during the agreement in force we determine that the Affiliate is no longer in compliance with our terms and conditions, they will be notified via email and their account could be deactivated. As an affiliate it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms.
You agree that you will not engage, participate or be involved in any activity that would diminish or tarnish the reputation of www.dialajob.net like spamming which could contain any of our links, content or mention of our company.
As an Affiliate, you may not bid for our trademarks, variations of our domain name/s, dialajob or their misspellings.
Commissions
Commissions are paid monthly as outlined in the affiliate webpage. Service, Product, and commission rates are subject to change at any time, in our sole discretion. We will make every effort to notify changes well in advance.
Term
It is mutually agreed that either party can terminate this agreement with a written notice of 60 days. Any such notice to the affiliate shall be via email and the affiliate accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure dialajob has their correct email address.
Agreement
We may modify the terms of this agreement at any time, at our sole discretion and inform you a week in advance.
You guarantee that all content, products, and services on your website are legal to distribute and that you own or have the legal right to use any and/or all copyrighted material. Affiliate irrevocably promises and agrees to indemnify dialajob.net/Gramadootha Technical Services (P) Ltd, it's employees, agents, officers, shareholders, directors, other affiliates, consultants to hold them harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for copyright, slander, libel, and trademark violation as well as other claims resulting from your (the affiliate's) websites.
You agree that you are an independent contractor and that this Agreement does not offer, or cover, any type of partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship between you and www.dialajob.net
We, our affiliates, agents or employees, will not be liable for loss, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages or loss of income, related to this Program, our site or links. Any liability related to this agreement shall not exceed the total fees yet unpaid, at the time of any error, act or omission.
If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, government order, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
After termination of any agreement or arrangement with any party/parties, the parties agree not to continue the business of dialajob and return to GRAMADOOTHA TECHNICAL SERVICES (P) LTD all the documents and relevant papers concerning the Products/Services of GRAMADOOTHA TECHNICAL SERVICES (P) LTD and all information, agreements, documents, receipts, and papers lying with the party relating to transactions between them and GRAMADOOTHA TECHNICAL SERVICES (P) LTD, them and customers and give a written confirmation of its having so done.
